Tony is a health and fitness enthusiast, and Doctor of Physical Therapy. He enjoys bodybuilding and powerlifting styles of training. Having gone through numerous personal injuries from training and playing recreational sports, he understands the demand you’re putting your body through during your training sessions. He enjoys working with lifters of all levels. He is able to help you navigate any pain/discomfort so that you can continue to train in the presence of pain, and overcome the injuries. He helps his clients to identify the source of their pain or injuries, prioritize their goals, find long term solutions, and get them back to what they love to do. He aims to educate, empower, and inspire his patient’s to take care of their bodies and live an overall active life.
